How to Remove Dental Plaque in 5 Minutes with these 2 Home made Remedies - Teeth Whitening
Plaque is something that inevitably happens to you, if you
don’t take care of your teeth whitening properly. Basically it is bad bacteria,
deposited on your teeth, which can provoke other affections such as bad breath
or gum diseases. If you are a smoker or you are coffee-addicted, the plaque is
even worse. Apart from simply being there, it gets a dark yellow color that
will always remind you about its presence.
There is a procedure called prophylaxis, which removes
dental plaque from your teeth. All you need to do is make an appointment at
your dentist’s. However, if you have no time or you simply hate the idea of
visiting a dentist, you should definitely take into consideration these 2
natural remedies, which will help you maintain your oral hygiene.
Remedy 1
In a pot, add 60 grams of nutshell flour and ½ liter of
water. Put the pot on heat and let the composition boil on low heat for about
10 minutes. Remove the remedy from heat and let it cool down. Use the resulting
paste instead of your toothpaste two times per month, making sure you brush
your teeth for about 5 minutes.
Remedy 2
Combine ½ liter of water with the juice from 2 limes and 2
sunflower seed flour and put the pot on heat, letting it boil on low flame for
about 60 minutes. Brush your teeth with this mixture for about 5 minutes two
times per month and you will remove the existing plaque, preventing its future
formation.
Advice:
Brush your teeth at least 2 times per day, preferably with mild
toothpaste, which will maintain your oral health.
Never forget to floss your teeth in the evening. This
procedure will remove any food residues left in between your teeth.
The mouthwash has the role of eliminating the bacteria from
your mouth, so do not hesitate to use it with regularity. You can prepare one
at home. For instance, you can make a mint and thyme infusion or you can
combine one part sea water with two parts normal water.
There may be residues that won’t go off. In this case visit
the dentist, but take care on how often you do a prophylaxis as it may harm
your enamel.
